Ski trips and flights 2011

Some of you have been asking about flights and if the hut accommodation is confirmed etc. So here's some info.

Three large huts at Skeikampen are booked for Friday 4th - Friday 11th Feb 2011. Each has 7 bedrooms, so there's decent space for 42 on the trip. So far 35 are pretty much confirmed and there's another 9 interested. The total cost for huts is NKr 81,000, so I expect per person cost to be about NKr 2025. Transport to and from the huts will be about NKr 400 per person.

Current flight options from London are:

1. BA0762, depart LHR 07:30, arrive OSL 10:40, combined with BA0767, depart OSL 17:05, arrive LHR 18:40, cost £135.50 (from www.ba.com)
2. SK802, depart LHR 07:20, arrive OSL 10:25, combined with SK811, depart OSL 17:10, arrive LHR 18:30, cost about £145 (from www.sas.no/en/)
3. DY1303, depart GATWICK 08:40, arrive OSL 11:55, combined with DY1310, depart OSL 18:10, arrive GATWICK 19:30, cost £118.5 (from www.norwegian.com/en/)

Note the addition of the one with Norwegian (Norway's own low price airline) which flies from Gatwick. Even if it gets into Oslo an hour or so later than the BA and SAS flights, I think this is still an OK option for getting everyone on the bus together.
